Welcome to the Eaze Invite and Earn Referral Program! This program is designed to reward our loyal users for referring new customers to Eaze. By sharing your unique referral link, you can earn commissions when your friends or colleagues sign up for a paid plan.

Please read the following rules carefully to understand how the program works.

1. Eligibility

• The Invite and Earn Referral Program is open to all registered and intending Eaze users.
• Participants must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in their jurisdiction.
• Participants may or may not have an active Eaze account to receive and redeem referral commissions.

2. How It Works

• After signing up for the program, your application will be reviewed and you will receive a unique referral link.
• Share your referral link with friends, colleagues, or your network.
• When someone signs up using your referral link and purchases a paid plan (Starter, Basic, or Pro), you will earn a commission based on the plan they choose.

3. Referral Commissions

Commissions are awarded based on the type of plan purchased by the referred user:

• Free Plan: No commission is earned for referrals who sign up for the Free Plan.
• Starter Plan ($59.88/year): Earn a $5 commission for each referral who purchases the Starter Plan.
• Basic Plan ($107.88/year): Earn a $10 commission for each referral who purchases the Basic Plan.
• Pro Plan ($155.88/year): Earn a $15 commission for each referral who purchases the Pro Plan.

4. Commission Payouts

• Commissions are paid out once the referred user has completed their payment and their account has been active for 60 days.
• Commission payouts will be made via PayPal or bank transfer on a monthly basis.
• To receive a payout, your total earned commissions must reach a minimum threshold of $100. If the threshold is not met, commissions will roll over to the next month.

5. Referral Limits

• There is no limit to the number of referrals you can make or the commissions you can earn.
• However, to ensure fair use, referrals must be genuine new users who have not previously signed up for an Eaze account.

6. Program Abuse and Fraud

• Eaze reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity regarding referrals and commissions.
• Users found to be engaging in fraudulent activities, such as creating fake accounts or self-referrals, will be disqualified from the program and forfeit any earned commissions.
• Eaze reserves the right to terminate or suspend any user’s participation in the program for any reason, including suspected fraud or abuse.

7. Program Changes and Termination

• Eaze reserves the right to modify or terminate the Invite and Earn Referral Program at any time, with or without notice.
• If the program is terminated, all pending commissions that have been legitimately earned will be paid out in accordance with the terms.

8. Terms Acceptance

• By participating in the Invite and Earn Referral Program, you agree to these program rules and the Eaze Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
